We ship all paintings within 48 hours of payment Monday through Friday. Once an order leaves my studio, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for a package to reach its destination. Longer shipping times do occur, but in most cases you will have your new painting within 15 days. You can rest assured that your new painting will arrive safely. I pack all paintings in strong and durable materials such as Styrofoam inserts and bubble wrap.
Shipping costs vary based on the size of the art, the destination country, and the packing materials needed to safely transport the art. You may find the exact shipping cost of a piece by adding it to your shopping cart. Additionally, artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
Could I request a custom painting from the artist?
Commissioning art is a fun and unique experience. If you have an idea for a special artwork, send me an email of your requirements and we can discuss the next steps. Commissioned pieces are priced based on the size, medium, and complexity of the piece. You will need to pay for the commissioned artwork before the piece is completed. Once the piece is completed, we will send you a high resolution image of the work. If you accept it, we will ship the piece to you. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied when you see the image, we can work with you to make small changes. There are no returns once you take possession of the art.
How long does it take to commission an artwork?
The time will vary depending on the size, medium, and complexity of the piece, and the artist's schedule, but typically commissions take 15 to 30 days to complete.
What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
We package all artwork in custom built art boxes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you see the package is damaged when the postman delivers it to you, you could refuse to receive the package and file a claim to the post office. Please contact us for a replacement or refund of your order after you filing a claim.
If you receive a damaged piece of art after you open your package, you could also contact us for a replacement or refund of your order. Please save the box and all packaging materials. We must have these items in order to process the claim.
