Painting Pine Trees with a Fan Brush
Load the brush: Dip the tips of the fan brush into dark green or black acrylic paint. Keep the paint relatively thick.
Tap the trunk: Hold the brush vertically. Use the sharp edge to tap a thin vertical line down for the tree trunk.
Tap the branches: Turn the brush horizontally. Starting from the top, gently tap the canvas using only the corners of the brush to create small branches.
Build the base: As you move down the tree, press a bit harder to use more of the brush width, making the branches progressively wider at the bottom.
