Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Rugs and Carpets
Visuals & Design Consistency
Q: Will the rug colors match the modern abstract art and décor on your site?
A: Certainly! Our Modern Area Rugs and Round Modern Rugs have been carefully selected to harmonize with contemporary home interiors, blending beautifully with the vivid hues featured in our abstract canvas collections. Although screen displays may cause slight color variations, our rugs are crafted with deep, lifelike pigments that coordinate effortlessly with modern furnishings and wall art.
Durability & Family/Pet Friendliness
Q: Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas, pets, and children?
A: Without a doubt. We understand that a premium appearance and long-lasting quality must go together. Our rugs—particularly our Long Hallway Runner Rugs—are engineered to handle heavy foot traffic. The fibers are densely woven to resist crushing and to keep pet claws from catching, making them a great fit for busy households, pet owners, and heavily used spaces such as hallways and living rooms.
Q: How do I clean and maintain my rug if my pet has an accident?
A: Our modern rugs are made for everyday living. For small spills or pet accidents, we suggest spot-cleaning right away using a clean cloth, warm water, and a gentle detergent that is safe for pets. Routine vacuuming (avoiding a rough beater bar) will help keep the pile looking thick and fresh.
Shipping & Logistics
Q: How much does shipping cost for heavy, large area rugs?
A: Shipping is completely free! Just as with our large canvas artwork, we provide Free Worldwide Shipping (through FedEx or Express Mail) on our rug collections, sparing you the hefty freight charges typically involved when purchasing large home décor online.
Q: Will my rug arrive rolled or folded? Will it have creases?
A: To preserve the structural integrity of the backing and fibers, our area rugs are rolled rather than folded flat for shipping.
Sizing & Installation
Q: Do I need a rug pad, and is it included?
A: No, there is no need to purchase a separate rug pad. Our rugs are made to be entirely hassle-free and ready to use as soon as you unbox them. Each rug features a built-in cotton and linen non-slip backing. This high-quality integrated backing delivers strong grip to keep the rug securely in place while shielding your floors from scratches. Whether you rent and want to protect your apartment flooring or own your home and want a simple setup, you can just unroll your new rug and lay it directly on the floor—no additional purchases required!
Q: What shapes and sizes do you offer for different room layouts?
A: We provide three unique shapes to suit any room need:
• Modern Area Rugs: Great for grounding living rooms, dining areas, and bedrooms.
• Long Hallway Runner Rugs: Perfect for narrow corridors, entryways, or bedside areas.
• Round Modern Rugs: A luxury design favorite for entryways, reading corners, or beneath round dining tables.
Materials & Rug Care
Q: What materials are your rugs made of, and how do I choose the right one?
A: We offer a premium range of materials tailored to different lifestyles, design tastes, and budgets:
• Polypropylene: Outstanding for high-traffic areas, pet owners, and budget-minded renters. These rugs are highly stain-resistant, durable, and fade-resistant, making them very easy to maintain.
• Wool: The ideal option for luxury homeowners. Wool rugs deliver unmatched plushness underfoot, natural insulation, and lasting resilience that enhances the premium feel of any living room or bedroom.
• Polyester: A great, budget-friendly choice that offers vibrant color retention and a soft, comfortable texture. It is naturally resistant to water-based stains and well suited to low-to-medium traffic spaces.
• Washable Fabric: The ultimate stress-free solution for busy households, families with children, and pet owners. These rugs can be conveniently placed in a standard washing machine for effortless cleanup after accidental spills or muddy paws.
